Send your request here — Vexnaros answers within 10 days.

Vexnaros runs the home and garden goods catalogue at vexnaros.com from Austin, and this form is where you ask for a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion, or to withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Tell the shop which of those you want in the notes field below. A request submitted here reaches the same inbox as a phone call to +1 (448) 555-8118 or an email to [email protected], and gets the same ten-day response.

Vexnaros replies within 10 days of receiving a request, usually sooner.

You can ask to see it, fix it, delete it, take it elsewhere, or tell Vexnaros to stop using it for one purpose.
Access
A copy of the name, phone, email, address, inquiry notes and consent record Vexnaros holds against your contact details.
Correction
A fix to a misspelled name, an old address, or a wrong phone number sitting in an open inquiry.
Deletion
Removal of your enquiry and chat records, subject to the retention periods below and any record Vexnaros must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Portability
An export of what you gave Vexnaros directly, in a plain text or CSV file, to take to another business.
Opt out of sale or sharing
California residents may direct Vexnaros not to sell or share personal information; Vexnaros does not sell personal information and states this so the right is not left unanswered.
Withdraw consent
Turning off ad and analytics storage at any time through the cookie banner or by writing in, effective from that moment forward.

These rights come from US state privacy law — California's CCPA/CPRA by name, plus the other state privacy laws now in force — and, for a visitor reaching this site from Europe, from the GDPR. Vexnaros answers a request under whichever law applies to the person asking, using the same ten-day process either way.

Vexnaros checks it's really you, then answers within 10 days.

When a request arrives, Vexnaros matches it against the email or phone number already on file for you — that is the identity check, and it is why the form above asks for the contact details tied to your original inquiry rather than a new set. If nothing matches, the shop writes back asking for the detail that would let it find your record.

Once matched, the shop pulls the record, makes the change or export you asked for, and replies to the email or phone number given. Ten days is the standard turnaround from a four-person shop; a request tangled up with an open order can take a little longer, and you'll be told if that's the case rather than left waiting.

Vexnaros keeps an inquiry for 24 months, a chat transcript for 18, and server logs for 90 days.

The inquiry form writes down your name, phone, email, address, the kind of inquiry, your message, the specification you asked about and your consent tick, plus — automatically, not typed by you — your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page that referred you, and the moments the form was loaded and sent. That record is kept 24 months.

A chat conversation and its token are kept 18 months. Server and access logs are kept 90 days. A record of a cookie consent choice, stored under the key site_consent_v2 in your browser, is kept 6 months before it expires and the banner asks again. Nothing else on this site persists a choice.

Only the hosting provider, the mail provider, and — where you clicked an ad to get here — the ad platform that carried that click.

The hosting provider that serves this site stores the enquiry database; the mail provider that carries the notification email to the shop's inbox handles the message in transit. Neither is given permission to use your details for anything beyond running the site.

If you arrived through a paid ad, the platform that carried it receives the relevant click identifier and the consent signal, not your inquiry text: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC for Google Ads (gclid), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd for Microsoft Advertising (msclkid, see its privacy statement), and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for Meta Ads (fbclid) where a campaign runs there. Full detail is on the privacy policy.

Not satisfied with the answer? Complain to your state Attorney General or, in California, the CPPA.

If Vexnaros's response to your request doesn't resolve things, you can complain to your state Attorney General's office. California residents can also complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency. A visitor reaching the site from Europe can complain to their own country's data protection authority.

This page and the privacy policy describe the same practices from two angles — this one is built around making a request, the privacy policy is built around explaining what happens by default. Read either one fully before assuming the other omits something; neither does.
